About Liz

I have been practicing neuromuscular massage for over 15 years. Currently, I hold a PA state license in Massage Therapy. My specialties include; Swedish Massage, Neuromuscular, Deep Tissue and Sports Massage. I enjoy doing Pregnancy Massage, as well as, Aromatherapy for stress relief and pain management.

For the past 15 years, my involvement in massage education has taught me a great deal concerning the dynamics and inner workings of the physical body and its connection to the mind and spirit. As a program director, I developed curriculum and taught various courses, such as, ethics, anatomy and physiology for the massage therapist, medical terminology, pathology, business of massage, sports massage, chair massage, and nutrition. Having worked with hundreds of students and their clientele I became even more passionate about medical massage, swedish massage, and neuromuscular massage. I have seen the actual benefits and effects each modality has on the human body.

Educating others on their journey of health and wellness is very important to me. My mission is to individualize each treatment in order to improve the physical and emotional health of the client while aiding the body in restoration of homeostasis. The goal behind the massage is to move the body out of pain, away from stress and into relaxation. I firmly believe in the wellness model and the delicate balance between body, mind, and spirit.

My hope is to share the art and science of massage with each of you.
